VanAqua-286 Van Technologies has always been recognized for leadership in waterborne coatings and has introduced a superior pigmented paint system for industrial finishing of cabinetry, architectural doors, and moldings and millwork. The VA-286 paint is available in standard and custom colors and performs remarkably well under harsh conditions. Metal mar is substantially reduced compared to competitive systems and the surface resists physical marring too. This is a paint that is fast drying and provides incredible block resistance too - A current customer stacks solid core doors (125 pounds per door, 3'x7') 25 per pallet, 5 pallets tall! Chemical resistance is superior due to the self-crosslinking nature of the VA-286 chemistry. Spray is easy using HVLP, airless, or air assisted airless equipment. Our VanUltra-597 is a 100% solid formulation and can cure at an unbelievably fast rate of 150 feet per minute! It features a high degree of hide, minimal grain raise, and is very easy to sand.
