The design team at Van Technologies knows that a sealer must coat wood well, penetrate and
seal the variety of pore structures in wood, and permit smooth, uniform coverage and good
adhesion of subsequently applied topcoats.

VANULTRA-540 UV WOOD SEALER
The VanUltra-540 UV Curable Wood Sealer is a sealer that coats wood well, penetrates, and seals a wide variety of pore structures in wood. In addition, it permits smooth, uniform coverage, and good adhesion of subsequently applied UV topcoats.
The VanUltra-540 UV Curable Wood Sealer is an ultra low V.O.C. and ultra low H.A.P. sealer that is very sandable and minimizes grain raise. It has an excellent cure response, curing at a line speed of 50 FPM with one 300 WPI lamp. It also performs remarkably well with a wide variety of UV wood topcoats.
